Make energy-efficient home upgrades more affordable

Thinking about making energy-efficient improvements to your home? SLVREC’s Electrify and Save On-Bill Repayment (OBR) program offers members a simple financing option to help make those upgrades more manageable.

Through the program, qualifying members can finance eligible energy-efficiency improvements and repay the cost over time through their monthly electric bill. Eligible projects include windows and doors, heat pump water heaters, whole-home or attic fans, insulation, heat pumps and EV chargers.

As an added benefit, all program participants receive a free home energy audit. The audit can help identify areas where a home may be losing energy and opportunities to improve efficiency and comfort.

Whether you’re looking to make your home more comfortable, improve energy efficiency or replace aging equipment, the OBR program may help make the upfront cost easier to manage.

Members interested in the program can learn more about eligibility, financing requirements and how to apply by visiting slvrec.com/electrify-and-save.
