Career Opportunity!!! Chief Power Engineering Officer (CPEO)

The San Luis Valley Rural Electric Cooperative is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to serve as our Chief Power Engineering Officer.  Preference will be given to licensed Professional Engineers.

Brief List of Offerings:
• Negotiable compensation incentives
• Strong work-life balance with a 4-day workweek (Monday–Thursday, 4x10 schedule)

• Immediate PTO availability (40 hours), with ongoing monthly accrual
• 9 paid holidays plus one floating holiday to be used at your discretion
• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage – no waiting period
• 401(k) retirement plan eligibility after 6 months of employment with generous monthly employer contributions.
