Stage 2 fire restrictions

JUNE 30, 2026— Due to current Stage 2 fire restrictions, SLVREC is adjusting additional breakers to more sensitive settings as part of our Wildfire Mitigation Plan.

These temporary setting changes may result in more frequent power outages. However, given the current fire conditions, we believe these increased protections are necessary to help reduce wildfire risk and keep our members, employees and communities safe.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we take these proactive steps to protect the San Luis Valley.
